The stark reality is that  fair impeachment court proceeding against incumbent President Donald Trump may take years.  Since impeachment court proceedings are the latest trend in hardball partisan politics within a Congressional chambers then free fair impeachment court proceedings must be moved away from prejudicial Senate chambers.

If Democrat demogages choose not to arrange free and fair impeachment court proceedings against  incumbent President Donald Trump by a change of venue away from prejudicial Senate chambers then the Democrat party is abolishing the rule of law. Democrat demogages have discounted the rule of law by encouraging peaceful protests for decades. If Justice for any given individual of any race,  creed,  gender, or ethnic origin cannot be gotten within courts of law then it is time to burn the flag, shred the U.S. Constitution, and dissolve the United States of America. If the President of the United States of America cannot get a fair impeachment court hearing then no American citizen can get a  fair trial. 

It doesn't make a difference if a billion people say someone is guilty of anything it has to be proven under the rule of law by due process of a free and fair court proceeding and not in some kangaroo court. Certainly the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme court does not want to preside over a kangaroo court. 

Legislation to move court proceedings away from prejudicial Senate chambers to insure a fair impeachment trial for a sitting President surrounded by treasonous political opponents may allow U.S. Senators to work on behalf of the American people. Congress and the Senate should currently focus upon protecting the American people by implementing strategies to help State governments vaccinate citizens.

We need  to move forward with free and fair impeachment proceedings against incumbent President Donald Trump in order to resolve all these issues on both the left and right such that hence forth issues will be resolved in courts of law and legislative assemblies within framework of representative government instead of peaceful protests on the streets. 

Once more, the 1st amendment of the United States of America does not guarantee the right to peacefully protest.  The 1st Amendment of the United States of America guarantees the right to assemble to redress grievances within courts of law and legislative assemblies under the framework of representative government. Since all human beings live under the paw of evolutionary biology then peaceful protests do not exist.  It is not peaceful for individuals or groups to block city streets, sidewalks,  or public buildings to prevent citizens  from conducting business. Civil disobedience associated with peaceful protests on  the streets by either the right or left is the first step to revolutionary overthrow the United States of America to abolish U.S. government. Truth and nothing but the truth can only be found within courts of law. Solutions to any problem cannot be found in

 chaotic disorder of street protests with people screaming at the top of their lungs blowing deadly SARs Covid-19 pathogen in a cloud floating 25 to 35 feet.
