Santa Claus is the personification of jubliance, good will, and giving as outlined in the classic New York Sun Times editorial, Yes, Virginia, There's a Santa Claus! If one truly believes he or she will dance in the street with sincere gratitude and joy like Scrooge in Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol

In commemoration of National Believe Day on December 8 Macy's Believe campaign shared the classic New York Sun Times editorial, Yes, Virginia, There's a Santa Claus!   In my Wordpress freelance article entitled, If One Truly Believes He or She will Dance in the Street with Sincere Gratitude and Joy, I shared jubliance and good will of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade.

In past years I helped roof a Habitat for Humanity house, move furniture for Saint Vincient DePaul, worked in the candy booth at Saint Josph Orphanage picnic, volunteered at our local Thanksgiving Day community dinner, dropped a few dollars in the offering plate from time to
time, greeted people at a Derby Day gala to raise money for Kosair childrens hospitial, answered
the call from family and friends who have asked for my help.

I am a writer who has developed socially relevant meaningful content for various social media platforms for over 15 years. I often spend 60 - 80 hours per week writing and publishing highly meaningful intelligent socially relevant content for various social media platforms.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a concentration of coursework in computer science. When I attended college I worked teaching independent living skills to two men with mental retardation. I am not currently attending school. I retired early from printing due to lay offs as a consequence of new computer desktop printing processes.

My journey to discover the true meaning of giving is learning how to be of greater service to others. My learning how to be of greater service to others is outlined in my FindingFearless story. The FindingFearless.org campaign is sponsored by the Case Foundation.

The FindingFearless.org campaign is searching for bold change makers dedicated to making the world a better place for all. In my FindingFearless story I shared a Goldman Sachs video providing insight into How Artificial Intelligence will Enhance Human Creativity. If we can develop better tools to help people climb Abraham Maslow's hierarchical chart to reach the pinncle of self actualization, shouldn't we?

If we can make life a little easier for people to climb Abraham Maslow's hierarchical chart than
people can focus on things that really matter the most.

In my Finding Fearless story I point out
one problem is people may be confused about what truly matters the most-- values we cherish
and hold dear. We tend to negate each other in a free market capitialist society. I proposed
transparancy as a solution to agree upon a set of values we as a collective society should uphold.

In a Ted talk by Nick Bostrom entitled, What happens when our computers get smarter than we are? , Nick Bostrom emphasizes how important meeting of the minds in terms of universal values in the modern era has become given an accelerating rate of technological progress. In my freelance article entitled, Finding Fearless on a Long Road to Becoming a Writer: An Intelligent Driving Force in Consciousness and Conversation, I pointed out a problematic issue in agreeing upon a set of values as a collective society:

The question, is governing from the center or middle possible without compromising values?, indicative of a greater struggle of the universe to resolve dichotomy of the wave function of physical reality by particalization into an equilibrium state in order to manifest as a stable unified field is a profound age-old philosophical question that has returned a value of a multitude of imperfect governments. The dilemma of Cosmic Consciousness to to resolve dichotomy of the wave function of physical reality by particalization into an equilibrium state in order to manifest as a stable unified field is compounded in complexity by disruption of an accelerating rate of technological and scientific progress.

The future is so promising. It is mind boggling to contemplate time saving convenience of self driving cars of the distant future driving to maintenance appointments on auto pilot.

Of course, that is the distant future. My guess is before the end of this century. In order to say, educated guess, I will have to throw in that haughty supposition phrase, "Begging the question" again. Sooner than later we will have self driving cars with human travelers prepared to take the wheel.

I may not be around to see it.

If we chose to make life a litter easier for people to climb Abraham Maslow's heirarchiacal chart what will people do with their newfound freedom?  People may use their newfound freedom to kill each other.

My finding fearless story is about a long road to discover my voice as a writer. The work of a
writer is to be an intelligent driving force in consciousness and conversation. As a youth
growing up with crippling debilitating introversion I developed a love and passion for communication to combat isolation.

As an intellectually challenged man who has a difficult time with grammer and spelling I am a misfit. As a intellectually challenged man who has a difficult time with grammer and spelling I am like the elf with a passion for dentistry marooned on the Island of Misfit toys.

In order to give from the heart one has to find him or herself. According to Matthew 5 : 15 - 16

"Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a basket. Instead, they set it on a lampstand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.…"
In the classic Hollywood movie, The Matrix, Morpheus told Neo, "Don't think you can, know
you can"
. For me, that famous line translates, Don't think you are a writer, know you are a writer.
In life we have to learn to roll with the punches as when Morpheus and Neo practiced Kung fu fighting.

It takes a lot of faith to be a generous giving person. No, I don't have the faith of Moses.

A person must have a certain measure of self confidence to accomplish anything in life. Self
confidence is pride in oneself. Paradoxically, pride is the antithesis of humility or humbleness.

Pride in oneself bestows humility allowing one to become of greater service to others. The concept of pride has a strange complex inverse relationship with humility that I intend to explore in future writing. An understanding of the strange complex inverse relationship between pride and humility may help one understand nature of human consciousness and soul searching.

The concepts of pride and humility also have an intriguing relationship with the concept of faith. An understanding of the complex relationship between pride and humility as related to faith may help people find salvation by conscientious alignment with Matthew 22 : 37,  "love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind".

As a writer and philosopher participating in the FindingFearless project, as a story teller I do not proclaim to be a hero. The real heros are countless men and women courageously engaged in conversations to find constructive solutions to problems of humanity.

In my freelance article entitled, Finding Fearless on a Long Road to Becoming a Writer: An Intelligent Driving Force in Consciousness and Conversation, I reference an article published by Space.com entitled, Stephen Hawking Warns: Humanity May Have Less Than 600 Years to Leave Earth. Stephen Hawking as a modern day prophet is a real hero.

In the future I hope to be helpful and supportive of the real heros such as Democracy Fund, Lion Publishers, Free Press Action, that assert integrity of journalism by upholding value of local news nationwide during an era when misleading fake news is pravalent. Fake news circumvents ability of society to agree upon values, as discussed above, thereby further dividing us.  Also, I believe the seeds of greatness are within every human being so therefore I would like to be supportive of organization like StoryCorps.org .
