Cooperation between China and Latin America should result in less illegal immigration across the southern border of the United States of America. I hope to write a new article to propose a solution to inundation of the United States by illegal immigrants is annexation of Latin America, Mexico, and Canada by the United States of America in order to promote manifest destiny.
Annexation of the greater Americana, including Latin America, Mexico, and Canada by the United States of America will help the United States remain competitive with the Republic of China.

Illegal immigration across the southern border of the United States of America is creating an underground lower class pauper state in the United States dependent upon hand outs from the U.S. government and Not for profit organizations. Not for profit and government sectors in the U.S. may benefit from creating an impoverished lower class pauper state in the United States of America, but human rights of illegal immigrants not protected by the U.S. Constitution as legal citizens does nothing to advance the cause of individual liberty and freedom around the globe. Plus, natural born American citizens are becoming victims of disempowerment and devaluation as a consequence of illegal immigration resulting in Middle class Americans sinking deeper into poverty.
When human rights of immigrants of the greater Americana are protected by the U.S. constitution than immigrants will be empowered to become productive citizens who make a positive contribution to the Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) in the United States. An illegal immigration status presents barriers for our neighbors crossing our Southern U.S. border illegally to contribute as responsible citizens thereby working to build a strong healthy community with family values.
The rule of law under the U.S. constitution
must be extended to immigrants who find their way to the homeland in order to prevent a deep state of underground drugs and crime. Conservative Republicans must support extending the rule of law conferred by the U.S Constitution to all immigrants who make their way to the U.S. homeland to establish permanent residence under flagship of the newly incorporated United States of Greater Americana in order to minimize socialism of centralized government in the United States.
China should support manifest destiny in the Western hemisphere by U.S. annexation of Latin America, Mexico, and Canada in order for China to avoid being complicit in creating an impoverished pauper class in the United States of America dependent upon socialist government. Communism should remain committed to equality of people around the globe whereby all people share everything in common as according to the self evident truth, " All Men are Created Equal ".

Healthy vigorous multilateralism arising from the Yin and Yang of SinoAmerican diplomacy
demands a system of checks and balances as a hallmark of democratic institutions. The quintessential beauty of communism as promoting better community living under the rule of law of centralized government within monotheistic theocracy of local governments around the world counteracts fascism arising within free markets from rogue capitalism whereby corruption of centralized communist governments ensnared by capitalism within world markets is checkmate by free markets serving to reduce corruption of centralized communist governments within the hot fiery flaming melting pot furnace of Socialist capitalism. My proposal is immigrants from Latin America, Mexico, and Canada as new citizens of the United States of Greater Americana incorporate under rule of law conferred by the U.S. constitution to develop arable farmland in Western hemisphere as a global commodity for food production vital in maintaining geopolitical balance in the Yin and Yang of SinoAmerican diplomacy.

Trade between the new flagship nation of the United States of Greater Americana and the Republic of China has enormous potential to exponentially grow to quadruple X quadrupled value toward infinity while all people around the world get richer under my business plan promoting international cooperation within dynamics of open source transparency while the collective conscience of humanity learns to live under God's law of love.
