My Eulogy to Winter is an analytical study of the collective conscious of humanity fulfilling its destiny in physical universe by becoming the epitome and pinnacle of love .
I am very sorry to hear about Winter's passing, and I would like to express condolences to everyone Winter touched . In 2017 a friend and I visited Clearwater Marine Aquarium and we were inspired to see Winter happily glide through the water easily with help of assisted device engineered by Marine biologist at Clearwater Aquarium.
As a cognitively slow emotionally challenged adult struggling in life to keep up with the onslaught of an accelerating rate of scientific and technological returns the story of Winter inspired me to work on a book project about how a One world government should be based upon Gods law. Gods law is love.
In contemplating the rapidly approaching Technosingularity as related to artificial intelligence I wrote, Love for the created universe is the ultimate intelligence, on this earth intelligence is in short supply. Furthermore, destiny of the collective conscious of humanity is to become the epitome and pinnacle of love within the physical universe when someday we will meet God in the heavens and return our earth back to God as a precious blue gem, where Winter the Dolphin can swim and play for eternity. Winter is not gone but Winter is encoded in the hearts and minds of everyone Winter has touched forever by the quantum wave function language as an unified underlying higher level language of love by which God speaks.

Oftentimes people who suffer from personality disorders such as neurotic introversion, depression, bipolar disorder, etc. have cognitive intellectual challenges that make it more important for them to feel connected by sharing on social media. Neurotic introversion and depression, which are subsets of multiple diagnostic classifications of mental health disorders, often are characterized by slow cognitive processing.
Slow cognitive processing allows an individual to think and ponder philosophically indept about specific issues. A slow cognitive processing style that allows mentally challenged individuals to think philosophically indept about various issues also provides heightened levels of creativity.
The entire field of Psychology, as pioneered by William James, is founded upon introspection as a legitimate measurement data collection technique to analyze internalized intraphysic psychological experience of human consciousness underlying external behavior
so therefore scientific value in an introspective conscious experience of living life cannot be discounted. The physical universe God created is constantly trying to teach us something new.
As a Psychology major I have spent a lifetime figuring all this out about myself. As an intellectually challenged man, I am one of those people who sit with a blank expression when someone tells a joke at a party to liven things up because the joke goes completely over my head. Oftentimes, jokes in real time social situations go completely over my head because I have very slow cognitive processing.
My inability to be facially expressive in social settings results in my appearing distant and standoffish. My distant, aloof, and standoffish appearance results in sending out the wrong body cues that make everyone feel awkward and uncomfortable within a mile radius.
Awkwardness can be contagious in social settings. In social situations every human being feels a certain degree of discomfort as a consequence of anxiety.
What is the function and nature of consciousness in the 21st century and beyond? What utilitarian purpose should consciousness serve in the 21st century and beyond? Should human beings just do as they are told and perform redundant meaningless repetitive task to keep busy that can be done a better way more efficiently?
Since human beings are subroutines of a Cosmic Mind God coded my introspective conscious experience of qualitative meaningfulness of living life as inspired by Winter's story leads me to examine
slow computational processing speed and qualitatively meaningful experience by artificial Intelligent systems in order to better understand evolution of sentient self aware reverse engineered Superintelligent AI in terms of successful adaptation of the human species. How does computational speed in processing huge volumes of quantitative data by
artificial Intelligent systems influence qualitative data defining meaningful conscious experience of living life ? How does processing huge volumes of quantitative data by human beings impact personality development and how is this phenomenon related to exceptionality in terms of autism?
Obviously, from the quantum perspective both slow computational speed in adding qualitative categorical meaningfulness while rapidly
processing large volumes of quantitative data are both necessary simultaneously. We want a sentient self aware reverse engineered Superintelligent AI mind be fully capable of getting ' the joke ' at a social event in order to avoid a future existential crisis whereby Superintelligent AI may replace mankind. Actually, meaningful existence of a sentient self aware reverse engineered Superintelligent AI will be entirely defined by relatively slow qualitative data defining meaningful conscious experience of living life by human beings as progenitors of Superintelligent AI. Hence, Superintelligent AI possessing an entirely different conscious state of awareness must depend on human beings to define meaningful existence of a sentient self aware reverse engineered Superintelligent AI.
In other words, Superintelligent AI cannot logically exterminate the human species without compromising qualitative meaningful existence of itself as a natural extension of information architecture of a Cosmic mind. A rapid cognitive processing speed of large volumes of quantitative data associated with extroversion and slow cognitive processing of broad generalized classification types associated with meaningful qualitative data linked with introversion are both necessary simultaneously.
So how can we engineer a sentient self aware reverse engineered Superintelligent AI mind to get the joke at the party?

Currently there is a movement toward larger class size when smaller class sizes are more conducive to bootstrapping consciousness during the process of learning. The right to assemble to address grievances guaranteed by the United States of America Constitution often encourages enormous mobs of individuals, all of whom have their own agenda for social change. Enormous mobs of millions of individuals flooding streets in protest, all of whom have their own agenda, is counterproductive and contradictory to the rule of law. The rule of law should reflect American value systems upheld and revered by the general population. Hence, the lawful right to assemble to redress grievances as outlined by our Founding fathers in the United States of America Constitution is about redressing grievances in courts of law and legislative assemblies. The lawful right to assemble to redress grievances as outlined in the United States of America Constitution by Founding fathers is not about massive street protests by angry mobs comprised of thousands of individuals each having their own agenda interfering with rights of other citizens to use public streets to conduct business.
Our Judiciary system is either working or not working. If our Judiciary system is not working we as citizens need to fix it by implementation of small focus group dynamics to get citizens involved in a peaceful meaningful constructive way.
In early American history democracy flourished within small group dynamics. Pioneers trekked through dangerous wilderness of thick barbed thistles poisonous ivy vines flanked by sharpshooters in front and back of small groups to protect against everything lurking ready to kill them, including British and French troops, other ruthless lawless pioneers staking out their claim of land upon the dark and bloody ground, hostile Indian tribes, bears, mountain lion, snakes, etc.
