President Trump is Taking an Unfair Bad Rap, Criticism, Scorn, and Castigation for an Unfunded Life Mandate Among the International Community

It is a difficult job being President of the United States of America.  President Trump is taking an unfair rap, criticism, scorn, and castigation for an unfunded life mandate among the international community. A life mandate is an unwavering commitment to freedom  and democracy by the international community. 

Divestiture from democracy by the international community during the 2008 economic collapse lead to money drying up resulting in defunding scientific research. President Trump cannot be completely blamed for lack of funding at home and abroad. The limits of a President's power is money for funding any project.  A President must work within a budget.

Political games are played on Capital Hill by both parties to divert money away from projects that may be helpful for the economy under any given Presidential administration. Federal tax dollars usually end up in the coffers of constituents who can get politicians reelected. Since scientific enterprise is a costly endeavor scientific institutions cannot contribute big campaign donations. United States political parties are vying against each other in a power play to control cutting edge technologies to maintain political power. 

Since the Global Luddite movement has infiltrated American politics the Trump administration cannot get a budget proposal passed to fund everything President Trump would like to fiance.  An Economic plan based upon an open source transparency model has potential to minimize political power of the Global Luddite Movement thereby getting Trump legislative reforms passed.

Middle East wars over the past several decades has cut deeply into the federal budget as an effort of the Global Luddite movement to stall scientific progress.  President Trump insisted that the United States of America should be paid more for defending sovereignty of borders. Since the crude oil fossil fuel industry is going the way of the dinosaur, financial investment of American companies in Iraqi oilfields can be sold to China to recover the $4.4 trillion dollars lost in Iraq and Afghanistan wars after Charlie Wilson provided Afghanistan an arsenal of weapons of mass destruction to defend Islamic nations from an invasion by the Soviet Union.
