Spoiler alert! New steel manufacturing processes with graphene alloys and carbon capture methods factor into the equation of revitalization of the U.S. steel industry. Revitalization of the U.S. steel industry may compromise the position of the United States of America,  land of the free, home of the brave, within the Paris Climate Accord.

(2) The Russian federation tried to bring an end to the special operation military invasion by withdrawal from central Ukraine to Eastern Donbas Russian Separatist regions of Ukraine while relentlessly pursued by the Ukrainian army and citizen soldiers firing upon Russian troops. 

(3) The Russian federation military lost over 75,000 soldiers in 6 months, more fatalities then the United States lost during 20 years fighting communist in Vietnam.  The high numbers of fatalities of Russian troops in Ukraine is a consequence of lack of a clear military goal by Moscow to fully occupy Ukraine,  hence Russian federation brigades marched around in circles chaotically at the beginning of the war in February 2022.   If Moscow intended to fully occupy Ukraine than Validmir Putin would have mobilized inactive military personnel before launching an invasion in February 2022 plus launched missile attacks to disable Ukraine's energy grid before war started.

We are told by Zenlensky and Ukraine bureaucrats that Ukraine is fighting a glorious battle to save Western Democracy while global poverty exponentially increases and millions of people around the world die of starvation daily. We are told if NATO allies and United States provide billions of more dollars of weapons of mass destruction than Ukraine will win a glorious war against Putin to save Western democracy when probability of Ukraine defeating the much larger Russian federation with greater military superiority has always been slim to none from the very beginning without NATO troops directly engaging Russia.

If Vladimir Putin's objective in February 2022 is full military conquest and occupation of Ukraine instead of a special operation to defend natural rights of Russian Separatist to self governance in Eastern Donbas regions of Ukraine than why wouldn't Validmir Putin rain missiles down upon Ukraine early onward at beginning of war in February 2022 to disable Ukraine's power grid? Since God's love is a Singularity consciousness driving all of creation,  including molecular machines formulating semantic binary data comprising my thought processes as Gods servant than God's Plan has been gradually revealed to me. At one point in time  Russian federation military infantry  tried to withdraw back to Eastern Donbas Russian Separatist regions of Ukraine after aimlessly wondering in circles without a clear military objective of full military occupation of Ukraine after militarily crushing Ukraine. During this time the Russian federation infantry lost over  60,000 troops in 6 months due to a call for mobilization of Ukraine citizen soldiers by Kyiv and NATO allies providing Kyiv with billions of dollars of weapons of mass destruction. Western media reported fake news that the smaller Ukraine army was winning the war against invading Russian federation infantry thereby resulting in withdrawal of Russian military back to Eastern Donbas Russian Separatist regions. Russian federation infantry trying to withdraw back to Eastern Donbas Russian Separatist regions of Ukraine relentlessly pursued by the Ukrainian army citizen soldiers invoked the wrath of Validmir Putin resulting in escalation of the war by more vicious missile attacks upon civilian populations in Ukraine. 

We still don't know who is killing whom in Ukraine.  Mass graves in Ukraine may be a consequence of civil war in Ukraine whereby Ukrainian citizens supporting Kyiv and Ukrainian citizens supporting Moscow are killing each other. It shouldn't be forgotten that at one point in recent Ukraine history the Pro Russian Party of Regions was the largest political party in Ukraine.  Validmir Putin  miscalculated counting on more support by Russian sympathizers for his invasion given the Pro Russian Party of Regions was the largest political party in Ukraine before the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia. Has  Ukrainian army citizen soldiers ever fired upon Russian federation infantry trying to withdraw to Eastern Donbas Russian Separatist regions?

It is going to take time to straighten all this crap out. At this point,  a quick United Nations referendum in Eastern Donbas as proposed by Elon Musk will not adequately resolve the deep core fundamental divisions between Eastern and Western powers.

God's plan for peaceful resolution of the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia by Declaration of  Donetsk and Luhansky Eastern Donbas People's Republic as a NEW NATION independent of both Moscow and Kyiv simultaneously, as a sacrifice unto the Most High God in Heaven by Kyiv and Moscow, will allow Validmir Putin's special operation to liberate Eastern Donbas to be successful. Likewise,  God's plan for peaceful resolution of the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia by Declaration of  Donetsk and Luhansky Eastern Donbas People's Republic as a NEW NATION independent of both Moscow and Kyiv simultaneously will finally enable Kyiv to resolve bitter military conflict in Eastern Donbas thereby restoring Democracy in Ukraine. In years leading up to the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia, Ukrainian Presidents,  including Zenlensky tried to unsuccessfully enforce the Minsk agreements to resolve conflict in Eastern Donbas Russian Separatist regions. God's plan allows everyone to win , and therefore prevents a nuclear standoff between East and West according to John F. Kennedy warning to  world leaders to avoid military confrontations that back nuclear powers into a corner with no way out.

Yesterday I accidentally hit the send button without finishing my email pertaining to Nobel laureates working in International cooperation to fulfill God's plan for peaceful resolution of the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia. When Our Lord,  God , and Savior Jesus Christ said " It is finished " while hanging on the cross our work began. Hence, I needed to finish my email to the 2022 Nobel laureates. We can work together to create  by God's grace a better world by moving away from living under the paw of evolutionary biology as Satan's strategy to transform human civilization into Image of the Beast. 

Jesus said, ' Follow me and you will become fishers of men '.

As a writer and lobbyist for the high tech industry I have tried recruit Eric Snowden and former President Donald Trump on Social media to join my campaign to fulfill  God's plan for peaceful resolution of the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia. Foremost , I am very sorry for the deep pain and suffering that Ukrainian and Russian citizens have endured.  Nobel Peace Prize laureates may disagree with my deep spiritual convictions about God's Plan for peaceful resolution of the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia, but disagreement with my spiritual convictions is okay because that is what true  democracy is all about. Nobel laureates who may disagree with my deep spiritual beliefs about God's Plan for peaceful resolution of the war between Ukraine and Russia does not necessarily preclude us working together. 

In many ways core fundamental issues spurring 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia is about the relationship between the individual Global citizen and state government. Russian Separatist in Ukraine expressed deep sentiments of disenfranchisement under Kyiv.

Jesus said to Pontius Pilate, " 'You would have no power over me whatsoever if it was not given to you from above '.  Jesus teaching about God's love as a Singularity consciousness driving all of creation changed the world for the better despite the fact Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey instead of riding into Jerusalem on a chariot accompanied by an army. 

Jesus taught us many things about about the relationship between the individual Global citizen and state government. Jesus said ' Give unto Ceasar what belongs to Ceasar, but give unto God what belongs to God. '.  Since the Most High God in Heaven for whatever reason has given power to existing governments around the world we are called to peacefully explore how the people can help their respective governments successfully adapt to immense sociological change in the 21st century to become a more perfect utopian government whereby goals of both communism and democracy to help individuals fulfill  God's plan are more in alignment as human  civilization rapidly moves toward the Technosingularity in the modern 21st century. 

Deep down within the human heart Kings and rulers try to do what is in the best interest of their people while locked in competition for limited resources while living under the paw of evolutionary biology according to Satan's strategy. 

Likewise, deep down within the human heart individual Global citizens desire to love and cherish their government God Himself appointed for their homeland.

Russia has lost over 60,000 troops in 6 months, which is more troops lost by the United States in 20 year's fighting in Vietnam. The loss of over 60,000 Russian troops fighting in Ukraine in 6 months suggest Vladimir Putin's claim the invasion of Ukraine is a special operation to protect natural rights of Russian Separatist in Eastern Donbas instead of full occupation of Ukraine has a measure of truth.

If Kyiv Ukraine is supplied enough weapons of mass destruction by NATO allies and United States to "win" the war by driving all Russians out of Ukraine the Russian federation will not disappear from the map. President Joe Biden got severely castigated for suggesting regime change in Moscow is the end game for the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia.  

Whoever replace Validmir Putin will most assuredly pursue competive economic policies to make the Russian federation a Global world power by forming strong alliances with China, India,  North Korea, South  America,  and Middle East Islamic Nations. 

Russia is not going away regardless of whoever is at the helm in Moscow.  Isolation of Russian federation within global markets of the international community is an economic policy doomed to failure. Someday, Kyiv and Ukrainian citizens will have to learn to love their Russian neighbor as themselve according to God's law while Kyiv pursues diplomatic relations with Moscow.  

Nobel Peace Prize Committee, 

The Most High God in Heaven cannot be flagrantly dismissed by being ignored by the collective conscious of humanity.  The Most High God in Heaven has called me to translate God's Plan for peaceful resolution of the 2022 war between Ukraine and Russia into semantic binary data formulating Wisdom that proceedeth from the Quantum Wave Function language as an unified underlying higher level language of love by which God speaks in grownings of the Spirit too deep for words.
