Courts of Law and Legislative Assemblies Obey Orderly Procedure Processes whereby All the Pertinent Facts can be told and Truths Revealed

How can these many cases all across the nation be tried in the public domain among people who did not know the victims, except for whatever mass media reported and were not present at the scene of the crime?  The mass media by myopically focusing on selective facts are attempting to try these cases in the public domain. 

Many of these cases of police brutality against African Americans are so incredibly botched that the black lives matter movement does deserve answers.  In recent weeks I have written a number of public freelance articles with the theme Justice for victims of crimes against humanity can only be gotten within legislative assemblies and courts of law. The so called peaceful protests on the streets are filled with a huge number of extremely angry people all protesting for a wide variety of different reasons. On this earth all people of every race ,creed, gender, and ethnic origin have a good cause to be extremely angry while living under the paw of evolutionary biology.  Life is very hard for everyone. 

Obviously there is a lot of corruption in government resulting in economic injustice. Individuals have the lawful right to defend whatever they have earned by hard work in life. In Louisville Kentucky a black lives matter movement group drowned out Mayor Greg Fisher with the chant 'Fire Fire Gentrifier ". In my hometown demonic communists fascists are engaging in gentrification to attack myself as a writer.  The police may have to bash my head in the concrete or shoot me in the head also.  Gentrification in state government in my hometown is perpetrated by demonic communists fascists union mafia who are foreign National enemy combatants.   

 Despite corruption I still believe in representative government as established by our Forefathers.  Powerful politicians and high level Judiciary are downplaying respresentive government by telling people to go out to waste their precious time by engaging in so called peaceful protests chanting meaningless slogans on the streets.  

The 1st amendment right to peacefully assembly as established by our Forefathers is about meeting  in town halls and court houses to redress grievances by duly  elected representatives of various causes. Courts of law and legislative assemblies obey orderly procedure processes whereby all the pertinent facts can be told and truths revealed.  In Louisville Kentucky our state Attorney general Danial Cameron is an African American leader conducting a complete investigation of the Breona Taylor case. According to mass media reports law enforcement busted down Breona Taylor's door in the middle of the night and shot Breona Taylor dead. 

How and why law enforcement busted down Breona Taylor's door in the middle of the night and shot Breona Taylor dead as well as how to prevent such crimes against humanity from ever occurring in human history again can only be determined within legislative assemblies and courts of law. In Portland rioters are blocking Justice within courts of law.

How can these many cases all across the nation be tried in the public domain among people who did not know the victims, except for whatever mass media reported and were not present at the scene of the crime?  The mass media by myopically focusing on selective facts are attempting to try these cases in the public domain. 

Public buildings and streets are used by many different people for many different reasons. Many of these people who use public court house buildings and streets don't know anything about the victims and were not present at the scene of the crimes against humanity. 

If the police murdered any citizen they should be put in prison.  Police accused of murder are entitled to a fair trial in a court of law.  If a court of law passes down a judgement that police acted reasonably based upon facts of the case then anyone who accepts that judgment should fear for their life.

The 1960's cannot be compared to the 21st century in terms of racial equality.  In the 1960s African American citizens were not allowed to vote.  Today,  the Congressional Black Caucus and NAACP represent a powerful political force within legislative assemblies and courts of law. The article does not discuss the huge number of African Americans who have their law license and are working as attorneys,  nor African Americans who serve as judges on the state level, such as State Attorney General Daniel Cameron.

Denial of the progress we have made as a nation is denial of the great legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King. Since powerful politicians and high level Judiciary are failing to bestow the virtues of representative government as established by our Forefathers in my freelance article entitled,

I don't know why I get so obsessed with mass insanity related to these issues that basically boils down to profiting from deaths of victims. Since human consciousness is a machine process of quantum mechanics then information systems can become a powerful addiction that multibillionaire internet moguls unlawfully capitalize from. My writing by the grace of God is changing the course of human history as evidenced by my challenging misinterpretation of the 1st amendment by powerful politicians and high level Judiciary downplaying representative government by telling people to chant meaningless slogans in peaceful protests on the streets.  For centuries chanting has been a ritualistic practice of sorcery  and witchcraft.  Powerful politicians and high level Judiciary encouraging  peaceful protests are promoting sorcery during the overthrow of the United States of America to gain political power.  

For me writing is a sacred art that is protected by the 1st amendment. I am called to fulfill Gods purpose for my life as a writer.  Hordes of communist fascist demons try to convince an individual that they do not have any value as Gods child.  Every morning on television people of every race , creed, gender,  and ethnic origin with perfect straight teeth valued at around $100,000 dollars as a result of being on television accuse people, including myself, of being racist. Yet, they are making a ton of money keeping the story going by profiting from George Floyd murder,  which may be why George Floyd was murdered to begin with.

Although I strongly uphold the principle that all lives matter in my freelance article entitled,  Our Founding Fathers Are Men of Letters : The Power of the Written Word to Petition Government as Outlined by the 1st Amendment, I proposed my joining with the Black Lives matter  movement in a photo-OP  opportunity to put Black Lives Matter M-16 automatic weapon militia group on the front cover of a Internationally distributed magazine to win an NRA advertising contract for a magazine dedicated to raising venture capital for high tech companies by advertising revenue to build  a better future for people of every race,  creed,  gender,  and ethnic origin around the globe. Of course everyone in the front cover magazine edition will be required to wear a mask. The group leader of the M-16 Black Lives Matter militia movement and myself will be in the middle of the front cover edition.

My work as a writer by the grace of God is changing the course of human history for the better.  I have been outspoken critic of the ACLU for downplaying participation in representative government as a 1st amendment right to get justice within courts of law and legislative assemblies. The 1st amendment right to participate in representative government is misinterpreted as a right to peaceful protests by  powerful politicians and high level Judiciary seeking to gain more power and influence by fear mongering as a crowdsourcing marketing tool.

Fear mongering as a crowd sourcing marketing tool is a tactic deployed by powder puff wig heads who wear stockings of the old world European mafia order who have alliances in Asia and the middle East. 

After vainly attempting to get justice by destroying a beautiful city, causing millions of dollars of property damage,  and tying up city streets preventing people from going about their normal everyday business finally protestors found the man with all the answers.  People going about there normal everyday business don't know anything about the victims involved except for what they are told in mass media news and were not present at the scene when crimes against humanity occurred. Finally protestors found the home of the man with the all the answers as to why law enforcement agents busted Breonna Taylor's door down in the middle of the night and shot Breonna Taylor dead according to mass media reports. 

The man with all the answers, Daniel Cameron, is the state attorney general. Daniel Cameron also happens to be a leader in the African American community. 

The sit in protests on State Attorney General Danial Cameron's front lawn lead by a group from New York does bare some resemblance to participation in representative government because the state Attorney general is an elected state representative. I highly urge all felony charges be dropped against sit in protestors given the state Attorney general is an elected official who has all the answers in terms of getting Justice.  However,  since the home of the state Attorney general is private property misdemeanor charges that carry community service fines may be apropos.

What help can the ACLU provide me to fulfill my purpose as God assigned?

In order to build trust within the African American community and simultaneously eliminate systemic racism in law enforcement the Gaffney Police Systemic Racism Law Enforcement Reform bill mandates by law only African American police officers are dispatched to a crime scene where an African American citizen is involved.

Furthermore,  a special branch of an all volunteer military unit should be immediately created to recruit and train African American police officers as well as other population ethnic subgroups to specifically police their own communities.

Furthermore,  African American citizens should be detained in special holding areas until African American leaders in the NAACP review the cases and take appropriate action to insure they will be treated fairly in a court of law.

When society builds greater trust among ethnic population subgroups then there will be less motivation for people to fight the police because of anger over racial profiling.

Under  the paw of evolutionary biology when fellow American citizens are ready to tear each other's throats out for violating each other's personal space looking at someone wrong constitutes a physical threat by which one can lawfully use deadly force to lay someone out.

Jesus teaching love your neighbor as yourself is about trying to transcend evolutionary biology. Yet, within our flat earth Euclidean universe governed by evolutionary biology love is a myth or lie perpetuated to maximize probability of survival by mutual cooperation. In the end they teamed up against Jesus and nailed Him to a cross so that the godless Roman empire can move forward as a machine process of human consciousness arising from quantum mechanics.

If all these cases are too be tried in the public domain among people who don't know anything about the victims except for what they hear in mass media and who were not present at the scene when crimes against humanity occurred then legal proceedings should be immediately aired on television. Justice can only be gotten within legislative assemblies and courts of law. Instead the mass media focus on people running wild in the streets that don't help anyone understand how or why crimes against humanity can occur and what can be done to prevent crimes against humanity from ever happening again in history.

We should take this sad moment to use our voices by the sacred art of writing as guaranteed by the 1st amendment to bestow the virtues of representative government by peacefully taking legislative actions to improve better representation among people of all races,  creeds,  gender,  and ethnic origins. According to Google Gentrification is an economic issue whereby money from outside an economically disadvantaged neighborhood is applied to new developments and projects that drive up the cost of living forcing residents to move to new locations. Gentrification is a government backed effort to embezzle equity value of property. 

Peaceful protesters that turn violent is a consequence of a huge number of different groups all protesting for different issues. In the case of the group chanting "Fire Fire Gentrifier" to drown out Mayor Greg Fishers speech protesters focused upon economic justice instead of justice for the victims of crimes against humanity.

Gentrification is a very serious problem that must be addressed.  Gentrification can better be addressed by the 1st amendment right to petition government by the sacred art of writing. Meaningless chanting by peaceful protests that turn violent will do nothing but make a community poorer. 

So what can be done to address the problem of gentrification in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods? Obviously people living in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods must be given the opportunity to establish corporations to work on projects and developments within their communities instead of public government and private markets throwing their money around to force people out of their homes. The rich of every race, creed, gender and ethnic origin working with foreign National enemy combatants flex money in their billfold like muscle to bully American citizens and embezzle the American dream. 

American citizens in poor disadvantaged neighborhoods have the freedom to declare a corporation. Declaration of a corporation by people living in poor disadvantaged communities will allow people to start construction businesses to reap economic rewards by directly participating in economic projects and developments.  

American citizens living in poor economically disadvantaged neighborhoods are free to declare a corporation to start a construction business allowing groups to bid on state contracts to build projects and developments in poor disadvantaged neighborhoods. Oftentimes larger international corporations that are engaged in construction projects across the United States of America and all over the world are successful in winning a state bid because they buy construction material at wholesale costs in bulk quantity therefore are able to do the job at a more affordable cost. 

The future belongs to young people.  Education in how to start successful businesses is vital in poor disadvantaged neighborhoods.  Young people have more resources at their disposal to become successful today in whatever they choose to do in life then ever before in history.  It takes time to build a successful business model. It can't be done overnight. 

Job displacement due to an accelerating rate of scientific and technological returns creeates disability in terms of individuals achieving success in life by accomplishing Gods Divine will on earth. Time dedicated to performing a job , such as a printer tradesman,  could have been better used to start a corporation that may have become an international conglomerate. An individual can never get that time back.

Maybe I am wrong.  In a world governed by evolutionary biology maybe the answer is picking up an M-16 machine gun and defend one's life from demonic communists fascists terrorists trying to overthrow America and taking a shit on people who worked for what they got in life. Demonic communists fascists laugh at writing as a sacred art. Demonic communists fascists who laugh at writing as a sacred art are laughing in the face of God.

Writing for me is a sacred art that helps an individual build a closer relationship to God.  Satan seeks to punish an individual who tries to build a closer relationship with God by a myriad of satanic tricks played by his demons. 

Massive confusion and chaos caused by misinterpretation of the 1st amendment by powerful politicians and high level Judiciary downplaying representative government in courts  of law and legislative assemblies by encouraging so called peaceful protests is illustrated by separate protests in Louisville Kentucky by different groups with an entirely different agenda.  It is irony of irony,  a quagmire of epic proportions,  a paradox of human consciousness that the group drowning out Mayor Greg Fishers speech with the chant " Fire , Fire Gentrifier "  protested against outsiders spending big money on economic projects within poor disadvantaged neighborhoods thereby raising costs of living that ultimately force people in the community from their homes. Paradoxically,  a group from New York led the sit in protestors on the front lawn of state Attorney General Danial Cameron thereby contradicting the African American group protesting against outside influence within low income economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.

As a writer I hereby invite leaders of the African American community to join board of directors of a corporation to raise venture capital for high tech companies by advertising revenue of a new magazine start up. My proposed magazine start can provide writing opportunities for African American citizens seeking to establish a career. The group coming to Louisville Kentucky armed with M-16 s can help me land an advertising contract with the NRA.

Do You Know What is Happening ? The United States of America is Caught Up in a Vicious Never Ending Cycle Becoming a Self Fulfilling Prophecy Leading towards Armageddon

The United States of America is in a vicious cycle that has become a self fulfilling prophecy I previously described as a Non Euclidean distortion of the time space continuum during quantum particlization of the arrow of time moving from low entropy to high entropy culminating in Armageddon. Lawmakers must act now to break the vicious cycle. A Non Euclidean distortion of the time space continuum during quantum particlization of the arrow of time moving from low entropy to high entropy is characterized by complex multiplicative cause and effect relationships that become like quicksand dragging our beloved nation underground.

Elijah McClain is another example of a young African American man who shouldn't have died while being arrested by police. According to everything reported by mass media Elijah McClain is a good gentle soul who played a violin to lonely cats.

So now, at this point in time the central question is how do these crimes against humanity occur and what can be done to prevent such horrific crimes against humanity from ever happening again?  The cases of Elijah McClain and David McAtee, especially demonstrate collective consciousness of society in the United States of America is caught up in a self fulfilling prophecy. 

The self fulfilling prophecy we as an an American society is ensnared is described in a recent freelance article I wrote as a Non Euclidean distortion of the space time continuum during quantum particlization of the arrow of time moving from low entropy to high entropy, eventually culminating in Armageddon. Obviously,  there has been a long list of African American citizens brutalized or killed by police. The seething anger and rage over racial  profiling by police has been bubbling within the psyche of the African American community for decades. Our elected leaders should have done something many years ago,  because that is what elected leaders are paid to do, take quick legislative action to implement policies governing how law enforcement officials do their jobs to prevent such tragedies.

Obviously,  African American citizens do not trust carcasion police officers. It is likely Hispanics, Asian Americans , and other ethnicities harbor deep mistrust and resentment against law enforcement officers of another ethnicity.

Every time one of these cases where carcasion police officers brutalize and/or murder an African American citizen is played  out or dramatized within  American society followed by protests by mass mobs that turn violent then this reinforce the idea that caucasian police officers can't be trusted.

And maybe caucasian police officers can't be trusted.  The fact is every human being on planet earth is racist. It is written in the Holy Bible,  ' He who claims to be without sin is a liar and the truth is not in them'. Racism is a consequence of living under the paw of evolutionary biology. 

It has often  been pointed out in recent days that the relatively few police officers involved in crimes against humanity do not represent the entire police force in the United states of America. It is racist to attribute crimes against humanity by a relatively small number of police officers to the entire  police force all across the United States of America.

If police officers are only human beings they likely have racial biases that determine how much excessive force they apply.  It is undeniable in many of these cases victims of police brutality engaged in a physical altercation with police while resisting arrest. Despite engaging in a physical altercation with police victims should not have died .

Physical altercation with  the police while resisting arrest is a consequence of deep mistrust of police by African American citizens after hearing about the many cases of police brutality against African American citizens.  Hence,  the United States of America is in a vicious cycle that has become a self fulfilling prophecy I previously described as a Non Euclidean distortion of the time space continuum during quantum particlization of the arrow of time moving from low entropy to high entropy culminating in Armageddon. Lawmakers must act now to break the vicious cycle.

According to mass media reports the arrest of  Elijah McClain turned ugly when Elijah McClain grabbed for a police officers gun. Elijah McClain should not have died that night despite reports that he grabbed for a police officers gun.  Police should be trained to arrest people without physically harming an individual. 

What possibly could have happened to Elijah McClain if he did not resist arrest as reported by the mass media? If African American citizens are reassured that that the full power of the United States of America federal government as represented by the 116 Black Congressional Caucus  , NAACP,  ACLU, former Attorney General Eric Holder, former  President Barack Obama has their back and  will insure that they as citizens will be treated fairly then maybe they as individuals will not feel a need to fight with police.

If Elijah McClain stopped and answered the police officers questions,  it is more then likely the police officers would have sent Elijah McClain on his way down the street. If Elijah McClain was wrongfully arrested the ACLU and NAACP could have gotten him out of jail in 10 minutes. Whenever African American citizens are arrested it may be a good idea to hold them in a special holding area until the case is reviewed by African American leaders in the judiciary. 

According to mass media reports Elijah McClain kept on walking when police asked him to stop to talk. According to mass media Elijah McClain told the police officers he wasn't doing anything and kept on walking despite being ordered to stop.  The death of Elijah McClain is excessive force by police therefore is a crime against humanity. 

Elijah McClain ignored the order of the police officer to stop and kept on walking down the street because he received the strong clear message that African American citizens are targeted for racial profiling by the police because of all these cases. And it may be true that in some cases African American citizens are targeted by racial profiling. The following paragraphs outlines a plan to eliminate systemic racism in law enforcement:

The more of these cases occur that more deep mistrust of law enforcement is fermented in the mind of African American citizens. Likewise,  the more peaceful protests by mass mobs that turn into violent rioting and looting that occur the more racist stereotypes are fermented in the mind of caucasian Americans.  Hence we must stop the use of excessive force against African American citizens by law enforcement officers of other ethnicities at all cost.

The only way to prevent racism in law enforcement is legislation I dubbed the Gaffney Police systemic racism Law enforcement Reform bill whereby by law only African American police officers are dispatched to a possible crime scene involving an African American citizen. It is a far better solution than defunding the police.  An escalation of crime by defunding the police will likely culminate in an increase in poverty across America among all ethnicities. It is only logical that African American citizens should be able to trust police officers of their own ethnicity more therefore resisting arrest will not  be necessary given they are not victimized by racial profiling. Lawmakers should have done this year's ago and we may not be having this problem today, plus victims of crimes against humanity may still be living. 

My proposed legislation is not a perfect solution,  but something has got to be done because our beloved nation,  the United States of America is sinking in quicksand of a self fulfilling prophecy as a consequence of a Non Euclidean distortion of the space time continuum resulting in a never ending cycle of complex multiplicative cause and effect relationships. Furthermore,  a special all volunteer branch of the armed services should be established to build a police force that represents African Americans and other ethnicities exclusively. Volunteers in this special branch of the military should receive intensive training in deesculation of crisis situations and racial profiling. Government officials should be directly involved in providing training to how rights of citizens are protected.

The only other choice is to violently overthrow the United States of America that both Africa American slaves and colonists,  who later became plantation owners, helped establish.  We should think carefully before we flush the United States of America down the toilet,  because look around and you will see a large percentage of African American citizens living the American dream today. We can move forward together and break this self fulfilling prophecy as a never ending cycle and make our beloved nation better. 

In my freelance article entitled, The Quantum Perspective Working to Prevent the United States of America from Becoming the Next Syria, I built a strong defense of David McAtee by  the legal argument that David McAtee acted very  reasonably to defend his business, Ya Ya Barbecue,

by firing warning shots given massive confusion caused by all players including National guard, law enforcement,  party goers,  rioters, peaceful protesters gathering in a mob at Dinos food market,  mass media failing to air lawful legal proceedings against those accused of criminal actions, politicians dragging their feet to prevent crimes against humanity from ever happening again by taking immediate legislative action.  Furthermore,  I made it clear if I owned Yay Yay Barbecue lawfully I would have all legal rights to defend my business by discharging an M-16 automatic weapon to kill anyone without discrimination threatening my business, thus David McAtee acted reasonably given aggregate sum of information he is given by mass media outlets. 

If David  McAfee, myself, and all other citizens fully understood how such a horrific mistake could have been made by a judge signing a no knock probable cause warrant  and/or see those brought to justice in a court of law if it was indeed an intentional deliberate act to murder Breanna Taylor then maybe people would not feel a need to take up arms.  The fact is the majority of people don't know anything about what happened,  know any of the people involved,  and were not present at the scene of the crime so I don't understand why entire cities must be burned down. All of this must be examined within legislative assemblies and courts of law to get Justice.

In my article referenced above entitled,  The Quantum Perspective Working to Prevent the United States of America from Becoming the Next Syria, I used the David McAtee case to illustrate quantum  particlization of Non Euclidean distortions of the time space continuum rendering complex cause and effect relationships while the arrow  of time is moving from low entropy to high entropy .  In the aforementioned freelance article I described Non Euclidean distortions within the time space continuum during quantum particlization of the arrow of time moving from low entropy to high entropy as quicksand slowly pulling our beloved nation,  the United States of America underground. Non Euclidean distortions within the time space continuum during quantum particlization of the arrow of time moving from low entropy to high entropy is also a self fulfilling prophecy.  

The only way to get Justice for the victims is to prevent these crimes against humanity from ever happening again within legislative assemblies and courts of law.  If mass media focused upon airing legal proceedings against all accused of a crime including police, judges,  and politicians directly responsible for this debacle then perhaps people would not feel a need to act violently or take up arms to defend against unruly disorderly behavior by all players when they learn how such horrific tragedies occurred. People may not feel a need to take up arms to defend themselves nor act violently, especially if they witness legislative action aired on television to prevent these crimes against humanity. Peaceful protests by people shouting,  screaming, waving signs does nothing to uncover all relevant facts about how crimes against humanity occurred and what can be done to prevent such crimes against humanity. 

If David McAtee acted reasonably to defend his business against law enforcement who shot Breana Taylor dead in the middle of the night after busting down her door down according to mass media reports then the couple in St. Louis who defended their home also acted reasonably by law:

The couple in Saint Louis Missouri had the lawful right to shoot all the peaceful protesters dead because they feared for their lives just like David McAfee had the lawful right to shoot all people in Dinos parking lot dead to protect his business.  The only reason criminal charges are brought against the couple in Missouri or David McAfee is because the Judiciary consorts with powder puff heads wearing stockings in the Global Luddite movement who started a race war by arranging to murder George Floyd to destroy the United States of America .

The same Judiciary and politicians that botched the Breanna Taylor case and are downplaying representative government established by our Founding  fathers as the only real avenue to get Justice for the victims are now saying people cannot protect themselves. If the ACLU, NAACP,  or other politician is called in the middle of the night or when they are on sabbatical to challenge probable cause search warrants signed  by a judge you may very well imagine the expletives with the N word proceeding from their lips. If they only do what they are paid to do then these crimes against humanity may not happen. 

Powerful politicians and high level Judiciary telling people to waste their precious time by protesting instead of communicating grievances  to elected representatives by petitions so that representatives can better act on behalf of constitutes within legislative  assemblies and courts of law should answer the question,  ' what have you done to make black lives matter? ' Powerful politicians and high level Judiciary encouraging peaceful protests are not helping make black lives matter, but instead are taking advantage of base human instincts for personal gain.

Powerful politicians and high level Judiciary are downplaying representative government as established by our Forefathers in the 1st amendment of the United States constitution and encouraging so called peaceful protests because powerful politicians and high level Judiciary don't have any legislative solutions to prevent systemic racism given all human beings on planet earth live under the paw of evolutionary biology. Since powerful politicians and high level Judiciary don't have any legislative solutions to solve the problem of systemic racism in law enforcement then these cases will continue over, over, and over again repeatedly in a vicious cycle until the United States of America is completely destroyed and we are living under a brutal Satanic regime that enact laws by brute force of violence in a 3rd world impoverished country. 

The Gaffney Police Systemic Racism Law Enforcement Reform bill as outlined in paragraphs above is the only way to stop systemic racism in law enforcement and build trust among various ethnicities in law and order. Powerful politicians and high level Judiciary are hoping so called peaceful protesters will get tired chanting and eventually go home. Powerful politicians and high level Judiciary hope to find a place to serve under a brutal Satanic regime that that force their laws upon people and seize what little people have managed to earn by hard work in life.  So therefore individuals have to be ready to fight and kill if necessary. 

Powerful politicians and judiciary downplaying representative government outlined in the 1st amendment as established by our Forefathers as the only true peaceful avenue to get Justice for the victims and encouraging "peaceful protests " to gain political power are doing nothing but creating conditions whereby many more videos will be made of stressed out overworked police officers beating the crap out of protesters spitting on them,  leading to the perpetuation the self fulfilling prophecy culminating in armageddon.  We need to change the narrative quickly. We must all pray for our beloved nation,  the United States of America,  that everyone will have an Oprah Winfrey Aha moment.
